Starting September 12, 2025, all units requiring repair must be shipped directly to our service center.

After purchasing the repair service, we will provide the shipping address. Please do not attempt any repairs on your own, as this may lead to further damage. Return shipping is included in the service fee.

The total service cost of $702 covers all parts, labor, and return shipping.

Standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 business days from the date the unit arrives at our facility. Customers located in the Sacramento area may qualify for same-day service.

The last two images show the exact component that must be sent in for repair.
