Effective September 12, 2025, all units requiring this repair must be mailed in to our service center.  Fully assembled as you see in our first second photo of our listing.

Once you purchase the repair service, we will provide you with our shipping address. Please do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, as this often results in additional damage. We will cover the cost of return shipping once the repair is complete.

The $702 service fee includes all parts, labor, and return shipping.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 business days from the date your unit is delivered to our shop. For local customers in the Sacramento area, same-day repairs are available.
